Refund and return policy
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of items are non-returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are non-returnable. We also do not accept items that are intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be issued:
A book with obvious signs of use
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returns
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your return is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time to process before your refund is sent.

Clearance Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {support@7otlike.com} and ship your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your refund. A gift certificate will be sent to you once we receive your returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Returns by Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to arrive to you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
