  1. PROCEDURE FOR STORING PERSONAL DATA

3.2. The Buyer agrees that the Service has the right to provide personal data to third parties, including courier and postal services (and other organizations), for the sole purpose of successfully completing the order.

3.3. The Buyer’s personal data may be transferred to competent government agencies authorities.

  1. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE

4.1.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the Customer

  1. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE

5.1. The Buyer assumes that the pre-trial dispute resolution procedure is mandatory. The deadline for providing a response to a written complaint is 30 (thirty) business days.

5.2. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the case will be referred to court in accordance with applicable law.

  1. ADDITIONAL TERMS

6.1. The Service has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy Agreement without notifying the Buyer. Such changes shall come into force on the day of their publication on the website of the Electronic Service.

6.2. The Buyer is obliged to be aware of all changes made to the terms of the Service and assumes that he is responsible for all consequences of failure to become familiar with the changes in a timely manner.
